Industrial oven that also sells retail. Little choice (usually 2 or 3 types of bread, plus, depending on the time, simple crescenta or with cracklings, sometimes even pizza). Excellent quality at more than affordable prices. Warmly recommended.

A real gem far from the beaten track, just incredible, truly exceptional cuisine at a reasonable price, the specialist guides will quickly take an interest in it, hurry up before it's too late and you have to book months in advance advance, enjoy your meal 🍽👨‍🍳 Fresh homemade bread, the coperto of €3/person is amply justified Excellent baked rabbit, however you should consider doubling the quantity of sauce because the meat and polenta absorb very quickly
