Attracted by the particular atmosphere and, sure of not making mistakes, I wanted to try this place! As I imagined my expectations were not disappointed....! Unique environment, refined and with attention to the smallest details where you can breathe an atmosphere of old-time clubs thanks also to the musical background chosen with taste and accuracy! The cuisine of the fantastic chef features seasonal dishes that are cooked and presented with delicate skill.... Much attention is paid to the choice of excellent raw materials and their seasonality with a particular eye to healthy food and vegetarian cuisine... (despite the presence of traditional dishes, masterfully revisited...) Thursday sandwiches are an explosion of flavors and vary from vegan to classic with the possibility of choosing the type of bread, both wholemeal and classic... The icing on the cake is the extreme kindness and hospitality of the owners who immediately put you at ease, a quality not common to everyone.... In short, it is immediately clear, as soon as you cross the threshold of this place, that there is passion in everything they do and that there is nothing artificial (as unfortunately often happens around). "Essence" and "sophistication" are the key words.. Heartfelt congratulations. My rating is 5 full stars!

Cucina eccezionale soprattutto nella scelta delle materie prime. Ottima selezione di vini in un ambiente di sano relax curato nei dettagli. Consigliatissimo

Attirata dalla particolare atmosfera...e, sicura di non sbagliare, ho voluto provare questo locale! Come immaginavo le mie aspettative non sono state disattese....! Ambiente unico, raffinato e curato nei minimi dettagli dove si respira un'atmosfera di locali d'altri tempi grazie anche al sottofondo musicale scelto con gusto e accuratezza! La cucina della fantastica chef gode di piatti stagionali che vengono cucinati e presentati con delicata maestria.... Viene prestata tanta attenzione alla scelta delle eccellenti materie prime e alla stagionalità delle stesse con un occhio particolare al healthy food e alla cucina vegana... (pur essendo presenti piatti della tradizione, magistralmente rivisitati...) I panini del giovedì sono una esplosione di sapori e variano dal vegano al classico con possibilita' di scelta del tipo di pane, sia integrale che classico... Ciliegina sulle torta la estrema gentilezza e ospitalità delle proprietarie che mettono subito a proprio agio, dote non comune! Insomma salta agli occhi subito, appena varcata la soglia di questo locale, che c'è passione in tutto ciò che fanno e che non c'è nulla di artefatto ( come putroppo spesso accade in giro). Complimenti vivissimi. Il mio voto è 5 stelle piene!
