Unfortunately the menu, I hope due to the dreaded holiday lunches (Easter) was not up to par. The starter was good, the first discreet but the second courses... The picanha was literally 3 slices the thickness of a roast beef.
Ditto the cuttlefish, 4 strips of number counted.
Valpolicella is good.
Definitely worth trying again with a "normal" dinner before definitively evaluating

It's always great at Norma. If you are near San Polo/San Polino it is certainly the best restaurant in the area for your lunch break. The environment, recently renovated and expanded, is very large but welcoming and tastefully furnished. The kitchen offers an à la carte menu and a menu with courses for proanzo which changes practically every week depending on the seasons. I find the quality to be always high enough for both menus and the portions are fair and well balanced.
I would improve the bread basket which is always quite sad.
The service is hasty but quite friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place, welcoming, with attention to every detail, windows, lamps, curtains, lights, candles... an enchantment.
Super friendly staff and fair prices for the place it is. Wide choice on the menu, from first courses, to second courses, to burgers and pizza (very good). Highly recommended for everything, from romantic dinners, with friends and even the possibility of renting rooms for private events.
Always number one! The food is amazing and the kids are very fast. Top lunch break

Ho avuto un'esperienza straordinaria al ristorante. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, il personale cortese e attento alle nostre esigenze. La cucina ha superato le aspettative, con piatti deliziosi preparati con ingredienti freschi e presentati con gusto. Il locale molto accogliente è arredato con cura. Un'esperienza culinaria che consiglio vivamente.
