The place is really elegant with exceptional raw materials. Friendly and professional staff. We have been coming here for years and have recently noticed a decrease in the quantity of dishes. However, the lunch menu option is very convenient

Very nice place, mediocre food. It doesn't have the quality of an a la carte restaurant, it doesn't justify the price of the food. The service is fast, the staff is very friendly but you breathe an all u can eat atmosphere that has made a little more money than others.
The wine is not explained, the customer is not pampered. He's a customer. There are competitors where you find real innkeepers inside, who recommend the pairing, who explain the wine to you (you're paying for it) and above all, the food is hot when it arrives at the table, not here.
You feel that there is a lack of soul or love in serving quality but also well-cooked food. “Well cooked” changes a dish and the raw material completely.
The menu proposal should make you come back but this won't be the case. I am very sorry to leave this review, and I hope the feedback can improve this place which has great potential.

A bulwark that resists the prevailing all-you-can-eat trend.
Excellent Japanese cuisine (like the one I tried in Japan) and very high level service and a very intimate atmosphere.
You can eat from sashimi to sushi and much more: you can't help but like it.
For example, you will find uramaki with sea bass that all you can eat restaurants don't dream of making.
Obviously you pay for quality and if for example in an all you can eat for 20/25 euros you eat diosasoloquanto, here for 20 euros you get a portion of uramaki.
The two of us ate our fill, bought a bottle of wine and paid around 150/160 euros.
If you want to try real Japanese cuisine and are willing to spend this amount of money, this is a great place.

everything is delicious and beautiful, you can feel the quality of the fish. The private rooms are very nice and intimate, the staff are kind. I recommend it, I think it's one of the best in Milan

Siamo tornati dopo un paio di anni in questo ristorante e abbiamo avuto conferma dell’impressione avuta. Il locale è molto ben arredato (forse un po’ buio per il pranzo),il servizio molto professionale e il cibo ben presentato e di buona qualità. Il conto nella media dei ristoranti milanesi.

Sono tornato qui a pranzo oggi, dopo oltre tre anni dalla volta precedente, con mia moglie e nostro figlio.
Appena arrivati ci hanno informati che, a causa della ritardata consegna del pesce, non tutti i tipi erano disponibili.
Ci hanno comunque portato subito un gamberetto marinato con alghe per ciascuno.
Abbiamo quindi ordinato tutti e tre gli ottimi spaghetti di grano saraceno con bottarga, tè verde e verdure.
Poi, mentre mia moglie non ha ordinato il secondo, mio figlio ha preso della piovra grigliata ed io del sashimi di tonno.
Per finire tre dessert al cioccolato.
Da bere acqua minerale (imbottigliata, non microfiltrata), due tè verdi e, per me, una birra chiara giapponese.
Servizio cortese, rapido senza essere invadente, ottima conoscenza dell'italiano.
In totale abbiamo speso 144 Euro, un po' caro, ma ne valeva la pena.
Torneremo prima che passi ancora così tanto tempo.
