We have ate and drank in most places in Carloforte and Milkimax has far being the place we returned the most and will continue to return! The appetitive are second to none, nice cocktails and delicious pastries! The patrons are also happy to adapt to our order! Max is helpful and attentive and definitely a valuable asset to Carloforte’s shoreline!

15/08/2023: Very friendly staff, delicious fresh sandwiches
05/08/2023: The restaurant is located on a street with limited traffic and in a wonderful location even if the choices are quite limited. In the past, the ice cream shop was really popular but now it no longer has the same popularity. However, the service is discreet although a little more professionalism wouldn't go amiss.

12/10/2023: Typical Carlofortina cuisine, homemade and always fresh. Special dishes made to order and a wide choice of ready-made dishes at the counter. Informal and family environment.
