Neider In Sauris

The hospitality of the owner and all the staff is certainly something special. The food? Amazing! The breakfast? Very good If we then consider that all this is in Sauris, it becomes really interesting. Well done and congratulations on how you work I update my review and, having returned to the Neider, I can only confirm everything! Kind, prepared, welcoming and always with lots of enthusiasm! Well done, well done and still good!

Lovely room with few seats, a nice relaxed and very pampering atmosphere. Ate very well (blecs with leek and sausage, venison goulash with polenta). Great care also for the dishes. The prices are slightly different from those on the fork but the quality of the food was so high that the price is absolutely in line. I add a compliment to the young blond waiter. He reversed the orders of two tables, a problem immediately solved, without tension and problems. He apologized to the entire room for his inattention and for a less focused evening. I found it a very human gesture, we can't always be at the best of our ability but being aware of it and declaring it was very mature.

We booked a table for lunch. After viewing the menu on "the fork". When we got there we were very disappointed. The menu was completely different and with higher prices. When asking for explanations we were told: we don't have time to update. We still decided to stay, but another disappointment was the truly gourmet portions. Miserable. However, I admit that I give the maximum stars for the taste, exquisite. Compliments to the chef. Another disappointment is that on the receipt we notice that they make us pay for the bread without ever having ordered it. 37 euros 2 first courses and 2 glasses of red.

Abbiamo solo pranzato in questo bel locale, in una ottima posizione nel meraviglioso borgo di Sauris di Sopra, cibo ottimo, degli gnocchi meravigliosi e un gulasch super buono, anche il servizio perfetto, super consigliato, noi sicuramente torneremo il prima possibile

Sono stata domenica a pranzo con amici, senza prenotare. Siamo stati accolti con simpatia, gentilezza e la massima disponibilità nel “modificare” il menù per accontentarci. Piatti buonissimi e prezzi giusti. Alla fine ci hanno anche offerto un giro di ottima grappa. Grazie ancora, se ricapiteremo dalle vostre parti, torneremo di sicuro!!

Ristorante molto carino.....le pietanze ottime....tagliatelle con il cervo....ottime....orzotto di funghi ...spettacolare.......posizione buona.....vallata mozzafiato. Veramente tutto bello
