The restaurant appears refined and classy, ​​with attention to the smallest details, with an open kitchen and an enchanting garden. Welcoming, friendly and super helpful staff, attentive to every customer need. The menu is varied and allows the choice between seafood or land dishes. We opted for two mixed land starters, presented impeccably and of unquestionable quality, with an abundance of montanarine to be stuffed as desired, while as a first course I opted for a risotto with pea cream, speck and Grana Padano fondue which it was nothing short of exquisite. Not to mention the sweet, indescribable flavor. Minimal waiting times even though the restaurant was full. You can perceive the quality and freshness of the ingredients used in the kitchen and above all the care in preparing the dishes. Prices in line with the quality and general context. Satisfied to say the least!

Already at the entrance you can immediately see that it is not the usual trattoria... this is confirmed by the taste of the dishes... absolutely delicious, the waiting times proportionate to the fact that it is all express cuisine (and you can see it since they have a kitchen "on sight")...qualified and very kind staff, not to mention the owner who, in addition to advising you, is also very knowledgeable in his sector. I couldn't help but notice several reviews before going to this restaurant where they complained about the waiting times, then I understood why... the wait for the pleasure is itself the pleasure given the explosion of taste in all its dishes... for those in a hurry, I would honestly recommend going to McDonald's... the quality is not pre-cooked!

Very nice place, with attention to the smallest details, elegant and very welcoming. The staff is very courteous. The dishes offered are very interesting, prepared with excellent quality products, abundant. Prices are medium-high but not excessive considering the quality and context. The wine list is well stocked with correct prices. We spent 140 euros for four of us with a bottle of wine, a starter and four second courses. The paella was fantastic, the seafood starter for two divided into four, really good.

Sono stato sorpreso dalla cucina a vista, la prima che vedo a Lecce. È bellissimo guardare la Chef che lavora con calma ed eleganza. Il cibo è bello da vedere, trasmette simpatia attraverso lo sguardo, tramite gli impiattamenti estrosi. Vi auguro di venire a vivere questa esperienza.

Ritorno sempre volentieri nella elegante casa di Gianmarco e mi sembra sempre di essere a casa mia. Cordialità, luci, atmosfera, impiattamento, qualità dei piatti, buon vino e rapporto prezzo/qualità sempre favorevole. Menù ricco a base di pescio, vino bianco fermo e sgroppino!! La quinta palla se la sono giocata purtroppo nel servizio. I primi si sono fatti un po' troppo attendere... ma cmq l'attento padrone di casa si è fatto prontamente scusare con uno scontone a sorpresa. Anche questo vuol dire professionalità ed attenzione al cliente. Buono anche lo sboccamento del vino!!
