Siamo stati in questo favoloso Ristorante Ieri 18 Novembre 2023. Nonostante siamo del posto è stata la prima nostra esperienza presso il Ristorante Montecorvo. Favoloso sotto tutti i punti di vista, iniziando dall'atmosfera Esterna, fino a quella Intera. Tutto preparato nei minimi dettagli, partendo dalla mise en place di ogni tavolo. Abbiamo scelto portate a base di carne, tutto ottimo e saporito fino all'dolce, sotto il Controllo del grande Nicola "Responsabile e uno dei Propiretari", dove alla fine ci ha offerto anche il Digestivo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie a tutto lo Staff e Famiglia. Da Antonio Iacono

Super restaurant situé au dessus de forio , près de l hôtel paradiso .. nous y sommes allés deux fois ! La carte et les plats valent bien plusieurs visites car tout est bon ! Fait sur place à la demande , même le fameux lapin à la mode d ischia , préparé ici au four à bois et cuit parfaitement, doucement! Il reste ainsi juteux moelleux .. un régale ! Le pain et la focaccia sont cuits aussi au four à bois ! Le service est impeccable et alors qu’il y avait eu une erreur sur notre réservation lors de notre première visite ( notre italien piteux en est la cause , mais nous y travaillons !) , tout a été fait pour que nous soyons biens et satisfaits ! Et c’est une réussite ! Les desserts faits aussi minute etaient délicieux : pavlova maison .. les seconde fois nous avons goûté les spécialités et le bœuf grillé au romarin et desserts maison ( tiramisu) et dessert au citron d ischia .. juste du plaisir ! Faites vous plaisir ! Allez y .

02/04/2024: I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Veritas Restaurant on Easter day, opting for the "Authentic" tasting course consisting of 8 courses ranging from a welcome snack to small pastries. We were extremely satisfied with the dining experience offered by new chef Marco Caputi. The appetizer of cuttlefish tagliatelle accompanied with freshly baked bread was an excellent start: the delicacy of the tagliatelle with the hint of almond milk made this dish unforgettable. Followed by spaghetti with mussels and coconut which brought out the intensity of the marine flavour. Good, but less innovative, are the chicken, herring and thyme plinths. The brioche bread accompanied with lamb, turnip tops (in double consistency) and black garlic perfectly captured the spirit of Easter, offering a delicious combination of tradition and innovation. The pre-dessert was an unexpected surprise: a touch of freshness and originality that prepared the palate for the sweet conclusion of the dinner. The dessert, combining chocolate and chicory, offered a surprising and compelling combination of flavours, demonstrating the chef's mastery and creativity in creating unique dishes. The path of the small pastry shop has been equally remarkable, offering a variety of finely crafted and tastefully presented desserts. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable and the quality of the ingredients highlighted an attention to detail that is truly appreciated. In conclusion, Veritas Restaurant has proven to live up to its Michelin star, offering an authentic and memorable gastronomic experience.
31/03/2024: An unforgettable Easter at Veritas. My Easter experience at the Veritas restaurant in Naples was a culinary adventure that I will hardly forget. With the recent rise of chef Marco Caputi to lead the kitchen, I had high expectations, which were not only met but exceeded. From the moment we walked in the door, the elegant and welcoming atmosphere of Veritas promised a unique experience. The service, always attentive but never intrusive, made our Easter lunch even more special. Chef Caputi brought a breath of fresh air with his menu inspired by the Irpinian tradition, revisited in a modern key. Each dish was a work of art, both to the eye and the palate, demonstrating mastery of flavor balance and presentation. The purity and essentiality that distinguish his cuisine have transformed simple ingredients into memorable taste experiences. In conclusion, the Easter lunch at Veritas was an exceptional experience that left me with unforgettable memories. It is a place that I highly recommend to anyone who wishes to explore the best of contemporary Campania cuisine, in an environment that celebrates the beauty of tradition and innovation.
