Honestly the reviews really built up the hype but ended up not really meeting those expectations unfortunately. The pasta was extremely salty to the point where it hurt to eat it, which left us really bummed out and not looking forward to our other dishes. Service was okay I guess but the waiters were pretty inattentive. Maybe if we had done the tasting menu the score would be higher, but to fail hard on the pasta has me skeptical.

If I have to find a flaw, perhaps the spaces are a little tight. Friendly, young and trained staff. We opted for the tasting menu and were satisfied with it. In particular the chamomile and smoked eel risotto: intriguing. Off the menu we had the pigeon, which was truly remarkable and we could have eaten a kilo of it. Well deserved star. P.s. they make you taste an extra virgin olive oil that is remembered.

Super good culinary experience, super pleasant and welcoming staff. Having taken the menu, lots of flavor and great continuity in the dishes. I highly recommend this place.

Extraordinary good menu in a nice atmosphere. The wine recommendation was a perfect fit and is rounded off by the good explanation. This restaurant is highly recommended. Thank you.

Moma is located in the Via Veneto area, a restaurant with a well-deserved Michelin star. We tried the Southern tasting menu. It was all delicious but a special mention goes to the chamomile and smoked eel risotto. Spectacular! The equally valid and original wine pairings with a top Burgundy and Riesling!

The place is a bit cramped and has only a few tables (I think there are 3 on the ground floor). Good breakfast

Fantastic experience! I would recommend the tasting menu with the wine pairing. Staff was friendly, and the food was playful and inventive.

Modern decoration, creative food and welcoming staff in this 1 michelin star restaurant. The risotto with camomile, smoked eel, honey and oregano leaves mentioned by Michelin is really good. The braised veal cheek and the baba au rhum were excellent as well. We liked less the octopus and the sabaion. Nice selection of wines of which we were recommended an excellent one.

Ristorante stellato Michelin che si caratterizza per l'eccezionale rapporto qualità prezzo e la molteplicità di occasioni gastronomiche durante tutto l'arco della giornata (da colazione al dopo cena) ... vale una tappa per chi è a Roma.

Porchetta Diana Aricina

19/03/2024: Extremely high quality products, very fresh porchetta (its scent will inebriate you as soon as you enter) and truly exceptional hand-cut raw ham. The bread used for the sandwiches is certainly a gem and makes everything tasty and harmonious. The staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful and able to explain every detail of their products. Central location overlooking the square. Highly recommended!
10/03/2024: Visiting Ariccia for the first time we have just stopped here attracted by a slice of very lean porchetta that can already be seen passing by outside... a very kind girl welcomed us and recommended something to take away... porchetta, couples or lean dried meat with chili pepper and wine donuts! We will update you after the tasting!!! ✌️
