Altissima qualità, ho preso il menù a sorpresa e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Cura dei dettagli, sia negli ingredienti che nelle presentazioni. Prezzo alto ma abbastanza giustificato. Ci tornerò di sicuro

Ho cenato in questo ristorante e mi sono trovata molto bene. Peccato che non ci siano proposte Veg, anche se a richiesta lo chef improvvisa. Trovo comunque il tragitto dal parcheggio molto buio e poco adatto a scarpe col tacco.

Jedes Jahr ist die Miil in Tscherms bei uns gesetzt. Wenn wir sie nur einmal besuchen, dann ist das mehrgängige Überraschungsmenü Pflicht, beim mehrmaligen Besuch darf es dann auch à la carte sein. Es fällt auf, daß es im wunderschönen Gartenbereich nochmals mehr Sitzplätze geworden sind und der Übergang zum Kränzelhof etwas aufgehübscht wurde. Alles ist sowieso wunderschön und bis auf den letzten Platz gefüllt - ein toller Erfolg. Immer wieder hervorragend finde ich die Weinbegleitung zum Menü von Sommelier Philipp. Auf ihn kann ich mich ohne wenn und aber verlassen. Was er bringt, macht Spaß und überrascht nicht selten. Das Essen ist sowieso über jeden Zweifel erhaben. Manches wiederholt sich mit den Jahren in Variationen, es gibt aber auch Überraschungen.
