A great surprise to finally discover what it means to eat excellent meat, prepared with respect for the ingredient and informing the customer (with certificates in hand) about origin, breed, maturation. Prices more than fair for the raw material treated.

Ristorante da Pasquino

24/03/2024: Always a confirmation!! Very kind staff, excellent panigacci and generous portions. Just outside the motorway toll booth. Crazy.
16/03/2024: Abbiamo preso i famosi panigacci, sia bolliti ai tre sughi, sia quelli con i salumi e formaggi tipici…davvero molto buoni…per chiudere in bellezza un assaggio di ottima China Clementi…
