Excellent pizzeria, welcoming environment, excellent food but above all excellent staff.

A pleasant surprise. Clean and welcoming place, fast service despite the full place and well-made pizza with the surplus of cooking in the wood-fired oven. I recommend a detour to anyone who happens to pass through Altamura.

I celebrated my birthday there were 31 of us, Alessandro the owner was very attentive and nice, nice place, nice structure, and the food was very good 👍

Ieri sera siamo stati in pizzeria. Siamo rimasti delusi per aver mangiato pizze secche con cornicioni bruciati...scarso condimento. Posto bello ma caotico (P.G,)

…durante il mio tour in Puglia!!…e con alloggio a Altamura…sono stata in questo ristorante/pizzeria “Mercadante”!!…che dire!!…sono stata proprio bene!!…bell’ambiente con personale accogliente…gentile e disponibile!!…ho preso un antipasto…poi il primo piatto e il secondo e poi il dolce e a seguire il caffè!!…ogni piatto ben curato!!…e tutto molto buono!!…sicuramente ci tornerei in questo locale “Mercadante”…a Altamura!!…sanno fare il loro lavoro!!….

Il ristorante fa continui progressi in stile degli ambienti rivisitati e più funzionali con colori diversi più tenui. Luci abbassate e regolari. Ci andiamo per la pizza che ha un impasto migliorato croccante e dal sapore armonioso. Prezzi nella media di un articolato menù. Qualche provvisorietà stradale rimane nella nuova zona con sbarramenti da lavori e segnaletica verticale non completa. Servizio disponibile e pronto per inizio serata.
