Dinner for a couple in this restaurant, already from the telephone reservation you can understand the level of professionalism. Once you arrive you are greeted formally but with a smile, with a retro touch, which was very pleasant. The room is very beautiful, well-spaced tables, simply furnished, but at the same time gives a feeling of relaxation and warm welcome, you can feel a sensation of quiet intimacy at the table. The service is always present, professional, but never intrusive. We really appreciated the explanation of each course, plated in an excellent manner. We decided to have two starters and a first and second course, and we can say that on all courses, the raw materials were of excellent choice and cooked perfectly with combinations of sauces and reductions, so different and intense that they were perfect in combination. The wine list is vast and assorted, ranging across the various regions, I would say that everyone will find their choice. A little treat that left us pleasantly surprised "the entrée" with a selection of three dishes with a tasting, which make us understand the level of what the subsequent courses will be; the plate of desserts at the end of the meal, and having asked for a bitter to worthily finish an excellent dinner, they brought me to the table 3 varieties of liqueurs also accompanied by an essential but well-made explanation of the flavors, from which to choose. The price of dinner and courses was very in line with the products and service that accompanied us throughout the evening. We will certainly recommend "Matteo" and will return to experience other gastronomic emotions. Small side note, pleasantly surprised by the dining room staff who with great mastery is always with a smile, explained the various courses in English to two couples.

Simply a fantastic experience, superb food, refined products, vast selection of excellent wines and impeccable friendliness! It is also possible to have vegan variations and they are very attentive to intolerances and allergies

Unscheduled lunch at "Matteo", a restaurant adjacent to the Cathedral of Biella.. Professional, attentive dining room and reception staff with the right management and privacy times. Menu that elaborates and offers local proposals in a contemporary manner, complimenting the chef's proposal. Tasty proposal of beef in demi glacé combined with a lime jelly...👏 Finger appetizers for entrees and small pastries are highly appreciated. All our lunch requests were fulfilled. Absolutely correct q/p ratio. Highly recommended👍👍👍

Pranzo non programmato da "Matteo". Locale elegante e riservato, intimo ed accogliente. Personale di reception e servizio di sala moderno e professionale, con il coerente rispetto dei tempi di portata e della privacy che si addice alle aspettative di un locale di questa caratura. Menu che elabora i piatti della tradizione del territorio in chiave contemporanea e di visione "alternativa". Manzo in demi glacé con abbinamento di gelatina di lime a mio avviso elegantissimo. Rapporto q/p correttissimo. Superconsigliatissimo 👍👍

Locale piccolo ma estremamente elegante, accogliente, pulito e musica lounge che accompagnava perfettamente la cena. Ottimo il cibo ed il servizio altrettanto ottimo ed efficiente. Consigliatissimo grazie e a presto

Parziale delusione nei piatti provati,nessuno aveva qualcosa per farsi ricordare e di conseguenza non giustifica il prezzo,menù degustazione a discrezione dello chef senza specificare i piatti, mette i clienti nella condizione di trovarsi pietanza che non piacciono, servizio così così,tovaglia rovinata e acqua versata bagnando il tavolo. Ambiente curato ma essendo inverno dovrebbe essere più caldo.

Ottima qualità, abbinamenti interessanti , cura e attenzione per la clientela. Che cosa si può chiedere di più? Plin d'oca fantastici e Morone con fondente di Peperone e patata dolce eccellente. Bravi

In posizione invidiabile e centrale ambiente raffinato anche nella musica di sottofondo e negli arredi. Cucina stellare, dal pane di produzione propria alla faraona burrosa, ma ogni portata ha una storia a sé e riserva una sorpresa per il gusto. Lista dei vini infinita. Servizio perfetto attento discreto. Prezzo all’altezza del tutto. Impossibile non tornarci
