Marechiaro In Bolzano

I have never given 5 stars to a restaurant, but for the "Marechiaro" I have to make an exception because in addition to the food, the pizza was delicious for my wife and the fish was very fresh for me, the welcome received from the owners (Giuseppe and Alessandro) as if we were historical customers, it made us appreciate the place even more, very refined and elegant; trained and available staff for every request; wine cellar with over 1500 high quality labels! if you happen to be in Bolzano, I recommend eating at the "Marechiaro" restaurant...

It is a nice and cozy restaurant where there is a good selection of different fish dishes from Italian cuisine. However, Panocata's dessert needs refinement as it was known to be sweet. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

The best fish restaurant in Bolzano, but the pizza is also really excellent. A place with attention to detail, with a welcoming, soft and ambient atmosphere, very romantic and relaxing: background music, soft lights and soft colours. Excellent service, courtesy is at home and there is a lot of attention to the customer and his well-being. Huge wine list, with high quality bottles. I recommend it to amaze your sweetheart (and not only!).

Wow, wow! I took my children to Italy to feed them real pizza, they spent a good ten days, but it was difficult to find places that had delicious pizza and seafood. But we were in the north of the country. On the way back, we decided to stop in Bonzano. I was looking for delicious pizza and fish, and Google served us Marechiaro. First of all, the atmosphere is very nice and at a high level, the service is very friendly and intelligent, beautiful tall smiling people. And the risotto con frutti do mare stole my heart. The pizza was really top notch, the best we've had in our entire stay in beautiful Italy. Thank you very much and I wish the restaurant prosperity

Mi sono trovata quasi sempre bene, ma non capisco perché i proprietari, a mio parere cortesissimi, non rispondano alle recensioni anche molto offensive.

Een mooi restaurant met mooie gerechten maar niet alles is even goed. De tonijn was bijvoorbeeld fantastisch. Maar de bediening was behoorlijk laconiek toen ze een gerecht met noten gaven aan iemand met ernstige allergie. Ook vonden we onze eigen wijnkeuze beter dan die ze aanbevolen. Toch jammer want de potentie is hoog.

Ho trovato questo ristorante grazie alle recensioni molto positive su TripAdvisor. Dal momento che siamo arrivati al ristorante fino a quando siamo andati via abbiamo ricevuto una eccellente accoglienza da tutto il personale, molto cortesi e professionali. Locale molto carino e tranquillo dove poter fare cene di lavoro o con la famiglia. Il responsabile del locale, molto simpatico, ci ha prima raccontato, poi dimostrato, alcune particolarità sulle pietanze servite, addirittura omaggiandoci un ottimo carpaccio di tonno “yellow fins”. Tutto ciò che abbiamo ordinato è stato molto apprezzato, di ottima qualità. Amando particolarmente il crudo di mare, credo con molta certezza di tornarci appena sarò nuovamente a Bolzano. Ottimo lavoro a tutto il team Marechiaro!!!
