Sensory experience achieved with flying colors. I recommend the fish soup and the raw appetizer. If you are a fish lover. Elegant chic environment with professional and trained staff.

It was a pleasant lunch.

We returned to Maniman after a year and the experience was totally positive.
All the dishes offered, including those chosen by us, are prepared with excellent quality homemade ingredients.
Regarding the wine list, we have noticed an improvement, as the choice is currently wider.
The waiting times were short and the service was pleasant thanks to Maitre Giovanni, who was very courteous and helpful.
We highly recommend the Beef Cheesecake and the Mango Curry Rice.
Correct quality-price ratio.

I had lunch with friends who already frequent and know this restaurant and have wanted us to try it for some time, so for me and my husband it was the first time, but it certainly won't be the last. We ate very well, the risotto with that exotic touch deserves to be tasted. Great surprise in finding Mr. Giovanni whom we had met and appreciated in another restaurant in the center of Genoa where he had given us an excellent gastronomic and service experience. Despite the different type of restaurant, he treated us with the same professionalism and care that we already knew. See you soon !!

Esperienza positiva! Ci sono andato a cena con la mia compagna e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Una sorpresa essere seguiti e consigliati da un sommelier esperto che ha abbinato un ottimo vino rosso biologico ai nostri piatti sia di carne che di pesce. Cucina ben eseguita e rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Alla prossima

Giovani, con le idee chiare e ben organizzati. Pochi piatti, originali e ben fatti, sia di mare che di terra. Con due giardini (uno molto grande) e le sale interne lo spazio non manca mai, la vista sul porto di Genova merita davvero.
Con loro abbiamo organizzato un pranzo per una ventina di persone (un battesimo) nel giardino interno: il livello di cibo e bevande sempre molto alto, giornata molto piacevole.
