QUESTA È LA NOSTRA MACELLERIA DI FIDUCIA…DOVE CI SONO PERSONE CHE LAVORANO DAVVERO CON IL CUORE….CI ANDIAMO VARIE VOLTE L’ANNO AVENDO UNA SECONDA CASA A POZZA E OGNI VOLTA RITROVIAMO LA GENTILEZZA E SIMPATIA DI TUTTI, OLTRE ALLA PROFESSIONALITÀ, IN PARTICOLARE DI LUIS E VIORELLO (non è un errore, per anni l’ho chiamato FIORELLO e invece il suo nome é VIORELLO😄). OTTIMI I PIATTI PRONTI (stinco, pollo arrosto, costine) ma anche le cose da cucinare ….abbiamo provato anche il gulasch precotto che in 20 minuti é pronto…e poi a breve il BURRO DI MALGA….spettacolare! (quando faccio le torte con quel burro in casa si sprigiona un profumo…..)…LO AGGIUNGO QUI: hanno anche un caseificio a Moena dove quest’anno abbiamo provato la mozzarella fresca (la fanno il lunedì e mercoledì) molto buona …e ci hanno detto che qualche volta si trova la buttata….la proveremo sicuramente. PRIMA DI PARTIRE PER TORNARE A CASA FACCIAMO MOLTA SCORTA DI FORMAGGI CARNE E SALUMI (lo speck é da togliere il fiato) che ci confezionano sottovuoto….OTTIMO SERVIZIO.

If you go to Pozza on holiday with your camper, don't bring anything and go directly to them 😁 a meat paradise will open up to you, there's something for all tastes, certainly the prices are a little higher than the average, for the simple fact that Pozza di Fassa is touristy and from Pozza to Canazei there isn't a butcher's shop like theirs. The yogurt is delicious and the price is also lower than other shops! We will definitely be back!

Siamo capitati per caso, per ripararci da un forte temporale. Eravamo accanto ad uno spiedo con il classico pollo, ma anche stinco e costine. Abbiamo provato e li abbiamo trovati buonissimi, carne tenerissima e veramente buona!! Super consigliato e con prezzi onesti!!
