M4 Cento restaurant bistrot In Chioggia

We were at dinner in this restaurant in May 2025. The restaurant looks cool, service is great. We took the degustation course for the table. First, usually to the degustation course restaurants offer wine pairing. I am bad at selecting wine, so I really appreciate when such option is available. Carpaccio tastes amazing but was sliced awfully random (like I do at home). Did not like Mazzancolla marinata at all, very strange tasteless dish. Deserts were great but for some reason served in the cracked pots. The rest of the dishes were just ok. I've expected more from the kitchen of such a highly rated restaurant, or, possibly the Laguna degustation set is just not the best option here.

It is the restaurant of the Marina Mosella, a very nice and well-managed place which can also be accessed by customers outside the marina. Excellent wine list, good food and decent cocktails make it a very trendy and well-frequented venue. Perhaps the most up to date venue in all of Sottomarina to date...

Been there in May 2024, for dinner, with my family. Top level food, perfectly prepared dishes with high quality and super fresh ingredients. Fish based dishes in particular are a must. Formal environment, but friendly personnel: kids are welcome. High prices, but ok, considering the quality. Recommended.

To be recommended! The atmosphere is pleasant and the decor modern. The staff is extremely kind and professional. Even if the prices are slightly higher than average, it is worth it considering the particularity of the location, located in a very suggestive and pleasant dock. Absolutely must try!
