Lucco Gelartica In Torino

Very well known ice cream shop here in Turin. The place is modern and well looked after, with friendly and welcoming staff. Apparently the ice creams are really very beautiful, the ice cream cakes are works of art, the most beautiful I have ever seen in all the ice cream shops I have set foot in. Among the flavors tasted, the almond variegated with pistachio was something truly lustful at best, one of the best flavors of ice cream I have ever tasted. The white chocolate with Himalayan salt, however, disappointed me a little, I found it a little too anonymous. Same thing for the pecan and caramel flavor. The cassata was appreciated as was the zabaglione. Excellent creaminess of the ice cream. ---- This evening we returned from Lucco and I am pleased to add a star to my rating. The brioche ice cream I tasted was delicious. Pleasant and soft dough, I also paired it with an amazing salted peanut ice cream. Something superlative, one of the best peanut ice creams I've ever eaten.
