The place looks good and the staff is very welcoming, helpful and prepared to explain any type of dish to you. We had a tasting menu and, although the dishes are highly sought after, some had small defects which, given their price, should be reviewed and improved. However, the quality of the food is excellent. In summer the seats are only outside, the stalls are covered but do not have any type of protection on the sides. Unfortunately, the weather that evening was not one of the best: mistral and rain gave us no respite. It would be worth reviewing the place from this point of view because, as rare as it is, rain also exists in summer... Eating in the wind with the rain washing you and your table is not pleasant and the dinner itself loses quality. I hope this inconvenience will be resolved as soon as possible, because the restaurant deserves it for what it offers.

Wonderful evening at Marco's, wonderful dishes with harmonious combinations, amazing wine list, many natural, the only note is don't take the Vienneta that Marco recommends....go there and eat everything!!

Discreet food albeit with a harmonious plating. A relevant detail was the excessively cold temperature of the starters, perhaps just out of the fridge? Another quite surprising detail was the refusal, at the time of the order, by the waitress (therefore of the restaurant) to be able to serve a first course together with the appetizers ordered by the other diners at the same table. In practice, a customer who wants a first course as his first request must wait until everyone else has finished their starters. As for wine by the glass, there is a minimal (although understandable) choice. The first row of tables is positioned adjacent to a local traffic road and is separated from this road by a "transparent" glass parapet. The beef fillet was rather fibrous so it was left partially on the plate. The service was good. Friendly and efficient staff. The 4 star rating is not meant to be negative (in fact the 4 rating is well deserved, despite the small mentions above). A second visit is needed to find out more.

Restaurant with elaborate and refined dishes, but the taste of true Sardinia is far away. Non-chewable octopus, discreet raw mullet, culurgiones with little flavour. Wine offered without saying the price (55 euros). I wouldn't go back.

Excellent dinner! We were recommended by a local person, the location is not exactly quiet (the outdoor tables are close to the road which is not particularly busy but the passage of cars is quite close). However, the courses were carefully presented and the quality was excellent (raw fish appetizer, sweetbreads, two first courses based on culurgiones and ravioli filled with meat and a dessert based on lemon cream). The service was good: attentive but not oppressive. Advised!

High class dinner! Welcoming place, tastefully furnished, staff of excellent professionalism, friendliness, completely dedicated to the customer, coordinated and directed by Marco Usai with passion and competence. Great food and a fantastic cellar

Anche in Sardegna la cucina è al TOP. Antispasti raffinati e ricercati, primi ottimi e dolci di gran qualità. Pesce rivisto con tocco di originalità. Da provare assolutamente. Prezzi nella norma per il luogo e l’alta qualità.

Ottimo ristorante con menù accattivante. Di buon livello dal menù degustazione ai singoli piatti serviti. Ottimo il servizio e cameriere simpatico e professionale. Buona atmosfera del locale.

Abbiamo provato il menu degustazione di pesce, davvero molto buono con fantastici abbinamenti di sapori. Servizio cortese anche se un po’ veloce. Dolci, compresi nel menu, davvero ottimi. Consigliato!
