Wonderful discovery. Starting with the pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, thin and crunchy but above all tasty. Very warm and welcoming place. If desired, there are also alternative doughs. Excellent fried, crunchy and dry. Ice cold beer in frozen glass. Too beautiful. Super super recommended Very honest account See you soon

Excellent pizza in the traditional Sanpancrazie style (i.e. light, thin and crunchy) I tried an excellent Zucca & Porcini (recommended by the pizza chef). Furthermore, family management, a warm and welcoming room, recently renovated but still vintage... a real gem for nostalgic and true connoisseurs.

17/03/2024: Nice place where you can enjoy excellent meat in different ways accompanied by good platters of local cured meats and cheeses. Good pizzas and desserts.
04/03/2024: Cena in compagnia di amici. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Carne cotta alla brace, pizza cotta nel forno a legna, tutto a vista. Personale molto gentile e disponibile anche se serata molto impegnativa. Consigliato.

28/10/2023: Superb. A lot of places in Santa Sabina close off season. This was open on the Friday night and we had a great meal. Great Pizza 🤌. Just what we needed.
30/07/2023: Il ristorante pizzeria Donna Carmela si trova sul viale principale di Santa Sabina a qualche decina di metri dal mare. In passato ci siamo andati diverse volte. In una serata di sabato ci siamo ritornati e abbiamo ordinato varie pizze e un fritto misto. Il fritto piuttosto abbondante, ma tutta ruba congelata. Le pizze sottili e croccanti, in parte bruciacchiate. Per le pizze abbiamo atteso 40 minuti. Personale gentile, ma insufficiente confronto ai tavoli presenti pieni di clienti. Il prezzo è giusto. Ci ritorneremo solo se gli altri locali della zona sono pieni.
