A beautiful inn located in the middle of the greenery outside the chaos of the city. The dishes are well made although I found the desserts a little disappointing compared to the rest and the cost (primarily tiramisu). The service is very attentive and welcoming, the guys know how to enhance the place and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Overall a good experience, good food, above average price

We had dinner at the Locanda for my birthday and had a great time. We chose meat dishes preceded by a mixture of cured meats (of great quality) with homemade giardiniera. As for the desserts, what was supposed to be a tasting was another excellent course. They even put a candle on my tiramisu! A special mention for the staff: everyone is really kind and welcoming. What can I say about wine.... try the Lussurioso, you will thank me! 😄

On Easter Monday we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Buglioni inn in San Pietro in Cariano, in the province of Verona. This charming inn is located in a former country farmhouse, surrounded by green fields. Inside, the spacious rooms are characterized by the evocative high wooden ceilings and the large rooms, embellished with elegant rock walls and tables beautifully set in light shades. As a first course we savored the delicious tagliatelle with radicchio, Monte Veronese cheese and beef tartare. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and we were struck by the interesting combination of the Monte Veronese cream with the strong and crunchy flavor of the radicchio, and the freshness of the tartare, creating a truly surprising combination. For the second course we chose the grilled scottona diaphragm. While it is notoriously a somewhat tough cut of meat, it turned out to be perfectly cooked rare, with a uniformly tender texture and a truly rich, satisfying flavour. Special praise certainly goes to the grill master. The grilled new potatoes on the side turned out to be truly delicious, completing this exquisite meal perfectly. The food offered is truly excellent and the service is courteous and prepared. I would like to give four stars as encouragement to improve some aspects. Even though we had booked in advance, we were unfortunately half an hour late. Although we tried to call with no response, our table had been given away; however, we were lucky and they still accommodated us. I noticed that there was only one dessert trolley and the waiting time to receive the dessert was slightly longer. I would recommend reviewing the organization of the distribution of sweets. Additionally, some menu items were unavailable as supplies were out of stock and the restock wouldn't arrive until the next day. The restaurant has great potential and I believe that with some small improvements it could reach excellent levels. The food is refined and the service is quality. The Buglioni inn has everything it takes to offer a truly memorable gastronomic experience.

Il ristorante, internamente elegante e allo stesso tempo confortevole, all'esterno vanta una posizione invidiabile e rasserenante tra i vigneti della Valpolicella. Ciò fa da contorno ad una proposta culinaria molto buona e ad un servizio cortese. Unica nota, in una cena da 85 euro a persona (di cui risulta leggermente onerosa la picanha di 140€ per 4 px), l'omaggiare ad esempio l'aperitivo di benvenuto consumato anzichè pagare tutto a listino al centesimo, o offrire un amaro impegnerebbe poco il ristoratore e sarebbe un gesto apprezzato dal cliente dando quel valore aggiunto mancante e quell'attenzione alla fidelizzazione che differenzia spesso un locale da tanti altri.

Ampio locale in stile rustico situato nel cuore della Valpolicella: molto spazioso l'esterno, sicuramente apprezzabile nella bella stagione dato che affaccia proprio sulle vigne della tenuta. L'atmosfera della sala interna, arredata con semplicità in chiave moderna, è intima e rilassante. Nella scelta del menù, in chiave locale e a base di carne, abbiamo optato per una Tartare preparata al momento e condita secondo proprio piacimento, e per un risotto al ripasso, molto apprezzati entrambi sia a livello di qualità, che di presentazione e quantità. Graditi anche l'aperitivo di benvenuto e il carrello dei dolci. Conto in linea con le aspettative e con l'offerta proposta. Unica nota, a mio avviso il locale non era eccessivamente riscaldato e nonostante fossi coperta, durante la serata ho avvertito un po' di freddo, senza tuttavia precludere la positività complessiva dell'esperienza. Se capitassi nuovamente in zona, tornerei.
