First time tasting snails: excellent, cooked in three different ways! Even the cold cuts, produced by them, are truly excellent. To return.

The inn of flavors lots of stuff! We went for lunch and chose two fixed menus provided by the inn without snails and without truffles (where the former seemed to be the house specialty). The menu includes an appetizer as shown in the photo, rich and of QUALITY with cured meats that literally melt in your mouth. Two tastings of first courses chosen from the various ones on the menu (cannelloni, tagliatelle, spaghetti, gnocchi and others that I don't remember), I tasted the white tagliatelle with wild boar and the red one with local mushrooms, both very good (the white one was better) and for the second course always a choice between lamb, pork and chicken, I had a mixed grill which was also good. Family-run farmhouse with quality products! Two menus with coke, water, dessert and coffee for 56 euros, satisfied.

There are beautiful places because the people who run them and the stories they tell are beautiful. Well, this little hidden gem is one of them. Full of beautiful people, with something extra. Excellent starters that exude tradition. Above all, the truffle omelette! The snail ravioli are delicate and delicious, right down to the dessert, a delicious Crescionda di Spoleto. In short, coming to this family-run place is going to a very beautiful and also very good place. Well done!

We returned to eat the fantastic snails...a blast from the past but for those who don't like them there are many other delicious things...fantastic and warm welcome...the village is wonderful....

Già il borgo, al di fuori delle rotte turistiche, è affascinante. Il ristorante pare un locale fuori dal tempo, con una cucina davvero raffinata, a conduzione familiare, a prezzi giusti. Sono quei posti che ti ricordi e che ti riprometti di rivisitare in futuro . Complimenti
