All excellent but a little expensive

Pizza with excellent base, perfect cooking. Truly top oasis appetizer! And then the environment is perfect, even for those with children who have their own space to play while the adults enjoy dinner. Unfortunately for those with diets such as gluten free, it is not suitable.

Aperitif with friends. Everything perfect starting from a platter with Tuscan cured meats and freshly baked porchetta and focaccia. Helpful and very competent staff. Location in the middle of the Pisan countryside. We will definitely be back!

Good and genuine dishes of typical Tuscan cuisine. Excellent quality of Tuscan cold cuts. The hot porchetta is delicious. Desserts all "homemade" delicious. Spartan rooms but good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff and owners. On our frequent trip to the seaside it is becoming a pleasant stop!!

The very best food in an inconspicuous great restaurant.

Nice, clean and simple environment, just a lot of humidity on the roof. Perfect service, kind and helpful. Really great food. All done and prepared by the kitchen. Even the flatbread, brought instead of bread. The products and raw materials used are local (except for typical and DOP products such as Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella from Campania, etc.) of excellent quality. We had a really good time and ate equally well and abundantly. The price is a little above expectations, but, all things considered, it's ok.
