We had the most wonderful meal here for my mum's birthday. Everything about it was gorgeous and special - from the incredible food and wine to the exceptional service and they even gave my mum a song and candle to mark the celebration. Get the prawns to start - the best dish I ate in all of Italy!

Be careful, very expensive. Tomato and mozzarella salad for €25 and they think it's normal. Just for your information

A unique experience. Fresh fish, excellent wine and good company, what more could you want? Super recommended. Go to the Storico and you are sure to leave satisfied. There is no negative note, from the professionalism of all the staff to the quality of the food, the wine and the cost.

Most of my life I have really, really not liked fish, aside from sushi. Then I moved to Italy and learned that I never liked it because I’d never had it prepared properly. I now love it, but am really finicky about it, have a ridiculously sensitive nose, and my stomach usually is in knots trying fish at a new restaurant. Not here! OMG the food is amazing. I literally crave their signature dish and then there is the wine list! That puts this place in a whole other category. Service is that perfect combination of elegant but also making you feel like you are a special family member. This place is not to be missed.

Ristorante La Terrazza Asnigo

14/05/2024: Very nice and beautiful view, bit far to walk. Driving up can be difficult if you are not used to small streets. Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit small. Therefore if you are traveling with big luggage, it might be difficult.
18/04/2024: The hotel offers breathtaking views of Lake Como. It is located 1.5 km above Cernobbio. There is a very nice terrace and a pool with sun loungers. The cuisine is very good and the price/performance ratio is good. Service is very good, apart from the breakfast dragon. The breakfast is varied with sweets, fruit, a large selection of bread, cheese, salads, ham, eggs, etc. Coffee is freshly prepared upon request. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. If one person moves around the room, the other must remain still on the bed. Sleeping comfort is very good. Bathroom is very well equipped with bathroom items and hairdryer. Safe and mini bar available. Parking costs €15 per night - you can save money, there is a free public parking lot about 100 m away. There are two very good restaurants and a Prima Pizzeria nearby.

24/05/2024: Absolute recommendation if you want great food, good portions to fair prices!
23/05/2024: Great little place close to the Duomo, but it seems more like a local place. Really good food, staff was pleasant, good wine pours and offerings. Sea food pasta, pizza, and wines were very good. Staff communicated to us in English and even helped me with my Italian! I think it is family ran, or appeared to be. It's worth a stop to check it. You won't be disappointed
