17/04/2024: We found ourselves by chance in Castel Basso, a small, very well-kept and inhabited medieval village. At lunch we didn't have much choice as it was the only establishment open. We ate a la carte and were pleasantly surprised. The structure is a large but unique room with barrel vaults made entirely of bricks. Excellent food and wine experience. Teramo or Slow Food products regularly on the menu. Wide choice of wines. Excellent dishes in terms of portion and quality. The service is professional but welcoming.

13/03/2024: QUALITY DINNER! I have had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant more than once. The cuisine is something exceptional, revisited Teramo dishes with attention to detail. The welcoming venue and the always accessible path pampers you throughout the evening. Seeing is believing. I found trained and friendly staff, especially the girl Nathalie, very refined in her ways, always smiling, I would absolutely recommend it to try an experience UNFORGETTABLE!
