Beautiful mountain place. You park on the side of the road and follow a path through the woods of about 900 meters with a significant slope. The effort of the climb is amply rewarded by the fantastic lunch and Sylvie's welcome. Food of the highest quality and cooked with simplicity and skill. Absolutely recommended

We went to Dzerby today. Nice typically mountain place. We were placed outdoors under the chestnut trees. A fairy tale . The classic Aosta Valley menu features cured meats, chestnuts and butter, salignun potatoes (ricotta with various spices), cotechino and excellent tanned and normal polenta with local cheeses. Chestnut dessert grappa and grappa and honey Polenta brought me back to my origins. Born in the valley but moved to Piedmont as a child (pv. CN). The wholemeal polenta had a slight burnt aftertaste (in the good sense) due to the part of the polenta which tends to burn when in contact with the cooking pot. The VERY HONEST price for everything you ate and drank. We skipped the Valtellina seupa as our bag wouldn't have held up. Congratulations, carry on like this. We will definitely be back soon.
