Reference point in Trapani for a good sandwich (it's an understatement to call it a sandwich), with a choice between different types of condiments and the type of meat with which to prepare the hamburger. Courteous and helpful staff, always attentive to even the most particular customer requests. One of my favourites

I have known and frequented the restaurant since it was still in its first location in Paceco, since then a fixed stop when I want excellent sandwiches but also other things (as can be seen from the photos).
I highly recommend the list of sandwiches, which is constantly expanding and each one better than the next, served with a side of potatoes and quite abundant in all their ingredients.
Definitely book in advance on Saturday evening.
Average price and home delivery is also available, recommended if you don't want to give up the goodness of their sandwiches even from home.

Delicious hamburger, friendly staff, wait a little longer than expected, but on a Saturday it's okay, the veranda on the street isn't the best, the interior is nicer

Abbiamo chiamato per capire la disponibilità di hamburger vegani e ce l'hanno confermato. Abbiamo quindi prenotato per cena prendendo:
- Due hamburger vegani (serviti già con patate dipper)
- patate dolci americane
- kit salse
- coca cola
- birra Lagunitas
- amaro monte Polizo Il servizio è impeccabile e veloce, gli hamburger e la patatine erano buoni (le porzioni generose).
Servire hamburger prettamente vegani non è facile ma ci hanno fornito delle valide alternative.
In generale direi che è un buon posto dove cenare ma vi consiglio di prenotare (chiamando un paio d'ore prima era praticamente quasi pieno - ed era un mercoledì sera di metà Marzo).

Arrived at 8pm, took the order at 8.15pm which arrived at 8.30pm. After eating the sandwich we ask for a dessert, but we are informed to "move" to free the table (at 8.45pm).
Another sore point is the confusion among the waiters, who repeatedly get the order of the customers at the adjacent table wrong.

Magnificent culinary experience at a fair price! Starting from the excellent appetizers, continue with a perfectly made hamburger and conclude with a delicious dessert. Generous portions, great service but it could catch up a bit in speed. Advised!
