L'Insolita Zuppa In Santa margherita ligure

What can I say... I don't know where to begin to compliment you! The place is very cute, well furnished, tastefully, tidy and clean. The owner, Margherita, is a hurricane of friendliness and education (which is REALLY rare in Liguria), and her personality can be found entirely in her dishes, which are creative, original but above all delicious! I literally loved the tuna 🐟 bresaola, very fresh fish that is massaged with smoked paprika, coriander, cardamom and orange zest, vacuum-packed for 24 hours (I asked them to tell me the procedure because it was truly the best tuna I've ever had to taste). Contrary to what I thought, I also found a more than interesting choice of meats, I ate pork which was wonderful but I will definitely go back for the other cuts, which seemed better than each other. The tomino is sublime. Thanks Margherita, see you very soon!

A wonderful experience....excellent environment....excellent food....all dishes very well prepared....the very kind owner and a very good hostess...as well as an excellent cook. ....highly recommended...

The food was delicious, the chef even came to the table because we didn't know that we had to reserve tables, they welcomed us immediately, which was very nice, thank you !!!!:)

We went to dinner in this restaurant located 15 minutes from the center of Santa Margara di Ligure. Relatively average service: the dishes are good but nothing more, the portions are small. The music is quite loud.

We went for dinner on a Saturday night and were delighted. Attentive and hospitable service, each course was studied down to the smallest detail and the combinations were a soundtrack for the taste buds. An unmissable stop if you are in Rapallo!
