08/03/2024: Culinary experience in a former rock church: a must for visitors to the Sassi The restaurant, housed in a former rock church, impresses with its modern interior and beautiful rock niches that give a special touch to the environment. Particularly noteworthy is the service, especially the staff's in-depth knowledge of the wines. Dishes feature modern interpretations of Italian cuisine and offer guests a tasteful journey through the region. I chose the tagliolini with Sardinian pecorino, fresh pasta with pecorino aged for 72 months, accompanied by matecata cod: crunchy on the outside and pleasantly soft on the inside. I also enjoyed the roasted calamaretti salad with artichokes, a dish with flavored calamari and artichokes. Ultimately, the restaurant is an obligatory stop for visitors to the Sassi who, in addition to experiencing the beauty of the surroundings, are looking for culinary specialties
