Li Mastri In Milano

An amazing family run establishment in the heart of Moscovo centre in Milano. We had the most authentic and tasty Cilento cuisine, with wonderful service by the husband and wife team running the show. English is good which was great as our Italian is terrible. They made it easy for us to understand what we were ordering. Very attentive when required, but left us to our own devices when needed too. Thank you for making our last meal in Milano so memorable

Ho mangiato benissimo anche se solo un piatto..... Ho mangiato pasta con pomodorini, acciughe, capperi e mollica di pane..... Fatta veramente bene.

Very nice place! I had never delved into Cilento cuisine and I must say that I ate well. Since we are family run, I perhaps expected more hospitality, but it was still a positive experience.

A very refined place, both in terms of aesthetics and design, and in terms of service. When we arrived there was only the chef, (I think Bruno, reading the history of the place), who welcomed us, made us sit down and lovingly presented each dish to us. After taking the order he went to the kitchen and at the speed of light he prepared two incredible dishes for us, with home-made flavors but more refined. This place reminded me of other realities born like this, in the family, in which it is still possible to breathe the desire to do, the love for work and for one's own projects and one's abilities. Compliments.

For my birthday we had plans of going out 8 people but as a surprise we were suddenly a company of 12. I therefore needed a new reservation for my birthday, since the original restaurant didn’t have enough space. I called Li Mastri and an hour later we showed up and Li Mastri really saved the whole evening. We had the most amazing night - fantastic food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend. We found this little place by chance. You can watch the pasta being prepared. The food was fantastic and the prices were very fair (Pasta Pomodoro or Pasta con Carne € 12,-, Pasta frutti die mare € 14,-) We'd love to come back!
