Rating 8.5/10 Quality is synonymous with Emporio. My girlfriend and I ordered a superlative Hugo and a strong-flavored red beer on tap. I advise you to taste the cold cuts and cheese platter, but above all to be guided by the friendly and super competent guy with a mustache (I'm not sure he's the owner), who will guide you towards what you like most with spirit and professionalism. The only slightly bitter note is the bill, a little expensive for an aperitif, but on the other hand you pay for quality. Great Council

Excellent wine, excellent service, the guy who served us was very knowledgeable and showed passion in explaining the wines and dishes. Small but very welcoming place with excellent quality offerings. We will definitely be back!

Le miglior tigelle al crudo e carciofi della mia vita. 😍 Non sono esperto di vini per cui mi sono lasciato consigliare e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell’abbinamento. Dato che ormai eravamo allegri ci siamo concessi anche un delizioso tagliere. Sarà la mia tappa fissa per le prossime volte che verrò a Bologna e porterò qualche amico straniero a provare il vero gusto della cucina italiana! 🔥

What can I say, a small, homemade place with phenomenal cured meats and wines. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to have an aperitif and eat typical things, especially the rebel ones filled with local products.

Exceptional cured meats, vast selection of wines, mediocre cocktails. The owner is a connoisseur and chooses top quality food.

The local sausage and cheese board, simply spectacular! Attentive and pleasant service! I will be back!
