In visita al castello di Aymavilles, è valsa assolutamente la pena aggiungere 15 minuti di strada per salire in questa remota e pittoresca frazione. Personale molto gentile, piatti della tradizione eseguiti alla perfezione ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. È stato il momento più bello della giornata!

Mezza ora di tornanti per arrivare . All ingresso la cameriera nemmeno si volta per accogliere. Si dimentica il vino. Il cibo arriva dopo 50 minuti . Qualità del cibo nella media della regione. Non ci tornerò

Excellent braised apple and tanning polenta. Intimate, warm, welcoming. Pamela welcomed us when we no longer thought we would find a hot dish. Recommended!

Regular visitor to this restaurant which offers the best favò I have ever eaten. The touch of the chef Monica is truly remarkable, not only on this dish but also on the rest of the menu. The prices are reasonable while remaining at very acceptable values. The only sore point that doesn't always make it is found in the menu of the day.

23/03/2024: I stopped for a coffee and a slice of tart (very good) the restaurant managers are friendly and very kind! Located on a plateau complete with a very suggestive lake, with the snow it was a real fairytale!
29/01/2024: On a sunny plain, after a nice walk, we stop to eat well-made polenta with sausage and vegetables, a super Valle d'Aosta appetizer with mocetta, lard, tome from the valley. Try the Rosa (sliced ​​pork), excellent, with walnut oil. Nebbiolo house wine more than decent, friendly and helpful staff, you can also pay by card.

Les neiges d'antan

17/05/2024: The stay was perfect. Thank you again for the wonderful experience at the Les Neiges d'Antan hotel. Immersed in nature a few km from Cervinia, it is an extremely refined charming place, furnished with personal taste in every part, and at the same time welcoming as if you were staying with family. The cuisine is excellent, the breakfast is rich and plentiful. The lounge bar has a rich collection of vinyl records and invites you to relax and socialize. A special note of thanks goes to the staff who pampered us from our arrival until our departure. Mrs. Deborah, Lorenzo, the very kind lady in the breakfast room/restaurant. All impeccable. Thank you with all my heart
24/03/2024: Wonderful one-week stay for a snow vacation in February 2024. Clara, Ludovico, Deborah, Marina, Sergio, Pier, Maurice, Andrej and the entire high-performance, smiling and friendly team go out of their way to welcome you warmly and make you feel at home. Everything was so nice (from the room to the breakfasts with an exceptional choice, the delicious dinners, the cozy lounges, the fireplaces all over the hotel, the spa, the vinyl records and their turntables, the view on the Matterhorn, the shuttles immediately available, etc.) that we left the hotel and its hosts with immense regret, promising that we would return as soon as possible.
