Probably the only restaurant with vegan food on the menu. We recommend! But often fully booked, reservation required.

Omg! The pumpkin soup is amazing. The bread, the drinks, waitstaff, the atmosphere, inside or outside... on the north end of Venizia, so not as busy as San Marcos area. Love it!!!

Heartwarming welcome. Delicious cuisine (lasagna and desserts) and good location in the Canaregio, quiet without being isolated. I recommend !

The best food,the best wine and the best staff.

Very cool place. The first time I was at this restaurant in 2022, the food was amazing. The band at the time was very bad. It was a one man show. Terrible i say! He kept asking everyone to be quite and the time. This year we went back to the restaurant ti give them another change. It was AMAZING! The and was great. The good was amazing. We had a great time. It is totally worth every penny spent.

Good cuisine in an original place: it’s the former French embassy! A good place for a meal for two. Please note: on concert evenings there is a surplus to pay per guest. Fresh products.

L'anziano viaggiatore pranza assieme ai partecipanti ad un evento culturale, promosso dall'Associazione Venezia consapevole, ospitato da Laguna libre, a Cannaregio, a pochi passi dal Ghetto, al piano terra di una palazzina dove ha vissuto pure il filosofo Rousseau. Sul medesimo ampio salone, dall'altra parte rispetto al palco dove si sono succeduti gli interventi musicali, teatrali tra varie conferenze sul tema dell'abitabilità, mentre dall'alto soffitto spiovono lampade e lampadine di varia colorazione come una suggestiva pioggia decorativa, un'ampia tavolata accoglie gli affamati congressisti. Menu semplice, esaltato dalla pulizia del cibo, e dal gusto ecocompatibile secondo i canoni di questa rinomata cucina. Ideologia che non ha impedito ma anzi moltiplicato il piacere del pasto. E dunque, tra caraffe di vinello bianco di qualità, con involtini di panno che proteggono il pane al forno, ecco come incipit una deliziosa vellutata alla zucca, spruzzata da serpentine di zenzero con classica fettina di mela secca sporgente dall'orlo della scodella. Segue un pasticcio delicato al radicchio, abbondante ma forse non caldo fumante come il freddo del locale avrebbe fatto desiderare ai commensali. Costoro per lo più di anagrafe stagionata sono stati in effetti messi in difficoltà dalla porta aperta sulla strada delle fondamenta che faceva arrivare i flussi di una nordica giornata invernale fin là in fondo alla sala. Questo, il solo aspetto negativo del convivio. A completare l'offerta un dessert con tiramisu encomiabile da copione. Il tutto, colla gradevole sensazione di un apporto di calorie agevolmente assimilabile.

Très bon repas , service très agréable , produits locaux très bons et très frais, mention spéciale au Malika Fe trio qui a embelli notre soirée et nous a emmené vers les étoiles …

On a chilly Venetian evening, as soon as we entered this beautiful restaurant, we were welcomed by the warmth and friendliness of the waitstaff and the beauty of the venue. We were impressed by the quality of a photographic exhibition across all rooms and walls, showcasing the work of 11 incredibly talented female photographers, as well as the spaciousness and design of the spaces and furnishings. The open kitchen was absolutely sublime, serving simple dishes with fresh and expertly cooked ingredients. Unfortunately, there wasn't a live concert on the evening of our visit, but the background music perfectly complemented the magic of the place and was well-curated. We highly recommend it and will definitely return on our next visit to this wonderful city
