La Vittoria Ristorante Pizzeria In Roma

Decided to go here for our first lunch in Rome based on the great reviews. Left feeling quite disappointed overall by the whole experience. We were shoved on a table for 2 in the very back corner of the restaurant, despite there being tables closer to the front. The waiter at first seemed annoyed at being given an table to attend, but warmed up during the course of our lunch. The food was basic, but tasty. Presentation was lack8ng with everything looking like it had been put on the plate by a cook that didn't really enjoy what they did. It was lacking finesse of any kind. But the most disappointing dish was the dessert. The tiramisu was infact the worst I have ever eaten. I have had better from the supermarket. There was no mascapone and in it's place was cheap and airy confectioners cream. The base was dry and I could barely taste any coffee or flavour. The most disappointing desert in Italy!

Such a wonderful place to eat. Staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. I had spaghetti al frutti di mare. Superb.

A good find! Very near to Vatican City and the river and bus stop. The food is yummy, just one thing, the carbonara is too salty. Please reduce the salt amount. The tiramisu is good! Try it! Of course not the best in Rome but it is good enough! Love that the cup of tiramisu had a word on the saucer. Servers are nice , friendly and kind. Swift with service and orders. There are a few eateries along this stretch and they are more aggressive in getting business. I find this place more comfortable and less intimating.

Everything great!! Carpaccio, saltimboca, craft beer, cassata...

Really bad taste! The tuna is not fresh! Ice cream is bad taste! Grilled lamb is over cooked! Bad!

vicino alla Basilica di San Pietro un bella trattoria con buon cibo preparato egregiamente. lo consiglio. il personale è cortese e veloce

Hier 2x lekker gegeten, lekkere gerechten, eerlijke prijs (niet heel goedkoop maar ook niet heel duur). Als afsluiting bij de koffie werden wij op een limoncello van de zaak getrakteerd, dat was heel attent!
