I ordered a beef tartare and a spaghetti carbonara. The beef tartare was delicious. The carbonara was not. Spaghetti was overcooked, and the sauce was too salty. They kindly asked if I wanted to switch to something else. I asked for a salad. In the end, I had to pay for the carbonara and the salad. The experience was very mediocre and I won't be going back--especially given all the good food in the area.

Went there for Dinner with my girlfriend on a weekday without reservation. We got a table outside (as we wished for) right away. The waiter, I guess he was Austrian, has kind of a „special way“ (which I guess some people could missunderstand or dislike) - we got away with him great and felt very welcome! Since my italian is „no bueno“ it was highly appreciated that we could order in german. The service was fast and good and the food tasted great. Really looking forward to come back here again in the future.

All the positive reviews must have happened under different management of the restaurant. I can't explain the difference to my experience any other way. We have rarely received such unfriendly service in Italy. One waiter made an enormous effort, but not his boss.

Very good restaurant in the streets of Desenzano del Garda. A very nice terrace. Excellent pasta dishes and desserts. A well-stocked wine list. Quality service and very attractive prices.
