Every time we are in Darfo, Mario is a fixed stop, excellent and abundant food in a museum restaurant. Lovely place.

A warm environment full of details divided between several rustic-style rooms. Generous portions, simple food with typical dishes of the area. Much appreciated is the fact that there is no echo effect in the rooms even when it is crowded, you can chat without shouting.

Friendly staff.
The starter cured meats are worth the price of lunch. The casoncelli are excellent. Even though we were three adults, we didn't finish everything. Excellent value for money. The doggy bag is appreciable

Unbeatable business lunch in terms of price but above all in terms of quantity: with a first course you can easily arrive at dinner time without problems!! Italian tavern-style venue with rooms covered and wallpapered with very interesting historical paintings.

Piatti della tradizione locale super abbondanti e veramente buoni..casoncelli e pizzoccheri veramente super e dosi mooolto abbondanti…il locale è molto caratteristico..ti sembra di stare in un museo di cose antiche…ci ritornerei molto volentieri..

È’ un ristorante storico di Gianico. Ci ero già stato in passato e mi ero sempre trovato bene . La cucina è locale , ben curata e molto buona. I piatti sono abbondanti, direi adatti ad un soggetto come me che ama sia la qualità che la quantità. Sono presenti i sapori che ormai stanno scomparendo. Qui si mangia bene esprimendomi in italiano. Se la mia recensione la legge uno straniero direi qui si mangia excellent. Al termine della cena il proprietario mi ha pure offerto le caldarroste appena abbrustolite. E non solo a me a tutti i clienti. La volta prima avevo mangiato la pizza , complimenti al pizzaiolo, pasta digeribile e molto buona.
