Biti gave us pesto making lessons. He was an awesome teacher. He gave us the history, region, secret ingredients, and techniques on how to make pesto. Great experience, excellent food, wonderful atmosphere. Highly, highly recommend coming here. Thank you Biti for a wonderful dinner

The food was ok but not exceptional, long waiting time. Out of the things we tried Cassolla was the best. The ravioli did mostly taste like cheese. Farinata is not exceptional, but the one with artichokes is difficult to find so get one of it if it is on the Menu.

Quite acceptable cuisine, it's good, but not extraordinary. The day I visited (May 2024) the quality of service was absolutely passable. Staff who neither speak nor understand a single word of English. Misunderstanding the order, wrong dishes brought, we had to eat later. The staff still smile and are pleasant but just not efficient.

I had dinner at Sciamadda with a group of friends (there were 21 of us, adults and children). The service and quality of the food were truly excellent with a clearly average price. Not to mention the beautiful location and the friendliness and kindness of the owner Daniele who in the end, in addition to offering us a delicious local amaro, also honored us with bottles of local wine. I highly recommend it.
