For me, the best carbonara around the central region! The staff is always friendly and willing to help, specially Diana who offered a great service. Super recommended! :)

We were guests of the La Salute restaurant.
A nice discovery here in Gaeta, for our wedding anniversary. We felt welcomed and pampered by the very kind owner and his staff. We will definitely return. Go Wolves 💚

We came across it by chance, before booking we read the reviews and we were convinced because they were quite positive, we didn't go wrong, excellent food, service and location, I highly recommend excellent and fresh fish, if it happens again I will definitely go again.
A special thank you because I have a little dog, as soon as we sat down the waiter arrived with a bowl of fresh water for him, it's not for everyone 👋

The "La Salute" restaurant is my heartfelt place in Gaeta and surrounding areas. We were there for the first time in 2022 and returned on Friday 2 May. Friendly and helpful staff, fresh and excellent quality fish, top service.
If you pass through Gaeta you can't help but stop!!

Locale molto soft adatto ad una clientela non particolarmente giovane dove si mangiano piatti molto freschi e con porzioni veramente abbondanti. Il carpaccio di tonno rosso era veramente buono e gli scialatelli ai frutti di mare altrettanto. Un locale così meriterebbe un servizio più professionale che nel complesso comunque è stato buono. Consigliato.

Antipasto con soutè di cozze e vongole SPAZIALE. Tutto perfetto dal cibo al servizio. Il tutto con prezzi contenuti, la cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata la gentilezza del proprietario e dei suoi collaboratori, persone squisite. Poi la bellezza di Gaeta e la splendida giornata hanno fatto da cornice ad un piacevolissimo pranzo.
