Everything excellent!! For me (but I'm not from Rome) the best tongs I've ever eaten!! Soft but crunchy dough!! Original combinations and very fresh products!!! The staff is always helpful and smiling :)

What can I say... A real discovery! Very good pinsa in the dough and ingredients. The staff is young and friendly. Every time I come back it's truly a pleasure.

We have now gone there 3-4 times we can say that everything we have found in terms of food is excellent. Both the fried part and the pinsa part (personally I find the alchemical ones superlative!). Furthermore, the guys in the room are helpful, courteous and friendly (and that doesn't hurt). Excellent quality/price ratio! Highly recommended.

The alchemical venue is a true culinary jewel! The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the first moment. The pinsa is absolutely delicious, with a perfect crunch and a taste that takes you on a journey through unique flavours. It is evident that they use top quality ingredients, which is reflected in the final result. 18/03/2024: Beautiful little bookshop, with an interesting selection of somewhat alternative books. I really like the division by series, also because in this way it highlights... the beautiful Adelphi editions. A nice place to spend some time away from the crowds of central Rome. Long live small neighborhood libraries!

04/04/2024: Very nice place, we were at Easter and despite it being a holiday the service was good. Carbonara top marks, and also the other dishes, both first and second courses. Very good. The bill was a little steep :-)
