Very good and light piadina dough, especially the one with Kamut flour. Very good quality of ingredients, helpful staff, even if there is a queue the wait is never exaggerated and this is a plus. I found the Lurisia drinks from them which I absolutely love😋 If you go there often ask for the points card every 12th there is a discount, it's not bad..

Here I ate the real Romagna piadina, it is made on the spot.. forget about packaged piadinas.. the raw squacquerone and rocket one is excellent.. fair price compared to the quality of the ingredients they use..
