A welcoming place where you can always feel at home, thanks to Laura's excellent cuisine, Evasio's kind welcome and the professionalism of the dining room staff. Highly recommended

Welcome by Mr. Evasio and Mrs. Laura's cuisine are commendable. From the appetizer to the homemade desserts, everything was delicious; the homemade "strengozze" are excellent! All accompanied by an excellent Sangiovese.

I am a pilgrim. By pure chance I found myself having lunch with my girlfriend at Evasio e Laura. He is a good man who made us feel at home as soon as we entered and she is an excellent cook. We wanted to taste a typical dish, without weighing ourselves down, and continue walking but... We remained at the table for more than two hours enchanted by the goodness of the dishes which unfortunately I didn't think to photograph along the way... I think if you want to taste traditional recipes cooked with love you have to switch to Pannocchia! I'll post the only photograph I took, some handmade biscuits to accompany with a good glass of red.

If we had been their guests at home they wouldn't have treated us better! Very welcoming and friendly family management, with dishes prepared especially for us with fresh ingredients selected from the local DOPs. Gnocchi and fettuccine sang on the plate, the artichokes were very fresh and cooked to perfection, the house wine was genuine and I even ate a trifle better than grandma's!

Very good food... especially the tripe, the coratella and the beans with pork rinds. A gold medal also went to the tagliolini, artichokes, bacon and pecorino.

Exceptional restaurant: first courses of high quality. Even the second courses are exceptionally well made, including the side dishes. Extremely cheap prices. ..all while respecting an excellent service. Admirable owners!

02/06/2024: It is one of those places that seem to have stopped in time, offering a culinary experience that nostalgically mixes the charm of the past with the quality of traditional cuisine. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by decor that evokes a bygone era: checked tablecloths, old photographs on the walls and dark wooden furniture that tell stories of the past. The atmosphere is undoubtedly dated, but perfect for those looking for a corner of tranquility away from the modern frenzy. The service is familiar and the owner conveys all the passion he puts into his work, ready to recommend the dish of the day or tell anecdotes about the history of the restaurant. Without a doubt it is a fixed stop at Castel di Tora.

29/04/2024: It is always a pleasure to return and enjoy dishes such as coratella with artichokes, beans with pork rinds as well as homemade first courses and very tender meat. Fantastic location and spectacular cuisine.
01/04/2024: Trovato per caso su internet, mio marito, mio figlio ed io abbiamo trascorso la Pasquetta con amici in questo agriturismo immerso nel silenzio e nella natura della campagna sabina . Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, dall’ antipasto alla colomba era tutto buono, genuino e ben cucinato . Antipasto vario e abbondante, ravioli di ricotta e spinaci ottimi e carne alla griglia molto saporita. Perfino il caffè era perfetto. Le persone che le gestiscono sono molto gentili e semplici, ci si sente a casa propria. Adesso che lo abbiamo scoperto, torneremo di sicuro prima o poi!
