Simple restaurant, but very welcoming, friendly staff, good food, the best is the pappardelle with wild boar, I recommend it if you visit or pass through Anghiari

We had a great time, friendly staff. We ate the typical crostini and then the tagliatelle, everything was excellent, even the wine was very good. The place is a little retro but welcoming. The honest account!

We came across this restaurant by chance, after the one they had recommended rudely told us that they had no place. Very kind staff. The young waiter who served us was very nice. All very good, starters (top crostini), first and second courses The wine and desserts are also excellent. Highly recommended

Characteristic restaurant in Anghiari. Typical Tuscan cuisine. Excellent black croutons. Large selection of wines. First courses based on seasonal mushrooms and/or fresh truffles. Second courses excellent in quality. Typical rustic Tuscan environment. The only small note is that the privacy between the tables could be improved; if you have a noisy group of 6/8 diners, part of the magic vanishes. For this reason, I recommend a policy on good manners to be observed at the table and to be remembered by those who come to the restaurant (there would be no need to remind them but so much so that there are often customers who are not very polite and without it being the manager's fault...) Prices aligned with the service received and the quality of the dishes offered.

Excellent restaurant, excellent service and food

Passing through Anghiari, I recommend stopping at this restaurant to taste the Pappardelle with wild boar and black crostini with liver pâté. Chianti Gratena wine 2018. Optimal

Great food, but they treated us with rudeness and a certain rudeness because we didn't spend enough. Our kids were hungry and ate a plate of pasta. We four adults wanted to eat light but there were only the side dishes so we ordered all the side dishes, but it seemed that we had offended them or made them lose a table for spending too little. There were even free tables in the restaurant. No problem: they won't see us again!

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per il primo dell anno a pranzo e devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi.Il locale e' accogliente così come le cameriere che ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo.La cameriera ci ha elencato le proposte del giorno io ho preso polenta condita metà con funghi e metà con ragu' di lepre ...ottima mio marito ha optato per la pasta "bocca di rana " con fegatini e funghi come secondo io ho preso un brasato al chianti che si scioglieva in bocca e mio marito la guancia di vitellone al forno ottima anche quella.Come contorni abbiamo preso carciofo alla romana squisito e funghi fritti...non abbiamo preso vino ...solo acqua e per finire cantucci con vin santo. Personale gentile e attento ....semplice locale ma sicuramente un ottima esperienza ci ritorneremo bravi !!!!
