12/05/2024: Historic pizzeria in the city of Latina. Pizza for lunch and dinner and pizza displayed on the comfortable heated surface outside ready to be enjoyed even during mid-morning or mid-afternoon. A place that during the lunch break also offers a menu that goes beyond pizza, with first courses, second courses, side dishes, etc., all ready and beautifully displayed in the dedicated windows which allows you to have lunch for just a few euros. But let's get to the food and in particular the pizza. Don't expect the contemporary pizza of the moment with a very high crust and super hydrated... quite the opposite, in fact. The taste isn't bad, it's just that in my opinion the dough has deteriorated over time, I don't know, I'm not very convinced. Remember the crumb of the baguette, there is something that needs to be reviewed. The dough with kamut flour, however, is good and is more fragrant and slightly crunchy. Possibility to also choose the integral one. The fried foods are also good and the possibility of choosing pizzas in 3 different sizes, medium large and xxl... in order to satisfy everyone.
