La Milkeria In Firenze

This is the place I went to for iced Americano. The pineapple smoothie was better than I expected. I visited twice The staff were also friendly I paid 7 euros for both.

Self service, well organised - when ordering you tell your name & they shout it when food is ready for pickup. Food is delicious while prices are low. Authentic design & atmosphere.

Small and very crowded place. The staff is young and fast. Great espresso, common pancakes. The croissant with custard was rejected (although it was filled at the time and at my request, the croissant had been reheated and became soggy and the cream was too hot) High prices, but in line with the places in the area I wouldn't go back

Perfect for a small group brunch. The hot chocolate was really good. The pancakes were very soft, not dry, so very delicious. Prices were fair and service was quick for drinks. The place is well decorated, a little tight and noisy but acceptable.

Pancakes with nutella and strawberry were great. Cute cafe for lunch or coffee.

Excellent Creep, even the Greek coffee!!! Exceptional!!!

We had a very nice little breakfast at La Mikeria recently. American style pancakes with syrup tasted really nice. Galette with ham ,cheese, egg and some truffle sauce was really nice as well. Julius Meinl coffee from Vienna is a great morning blend to pair with these type breakfasts. Nice good job by the team at La Milkeria team on the day.

This is a neat little breakfast specialist at Borgo degli Albizi. They have a fair-sized indoor seating area, vintage decor and offer a menu of eggs, ham, toast, pancakes, crepes and galettes along with an expected range of coffee and non-coffee drinks. Service is very friendly and timely, prices fair for the portion sized and food and drink quality. We had breakfast at La Milkeria during a recent visit to Florence and found everything to be pretty good. Pancakes with maple syrup tasted like American pancakes in the States. Ham & Cheese galette with truffle tasted like it was served right off the streets of Paris and the Julius Meinl coffee straight out of Vienna. Nice job to the La Mikeria team whipping up a rather good little breakfast on the day.

The drip coffee was tiny. Toast is very dry. The salmon and cream cheese was pretty good with fried eggs.

Prima di tornare a Bologna, decido di portare la mia famiglia a provare questo posto dove nemmeno io c’ero mai stato. Allora posto molto piccolo, con pochi coperti, menu che sembra vario ma alla fine ci si accorge guardando gli altri che fanno cose basiche che sinceramente lasciano anche un po’ perplessi (volevo prendere delle uova e bacon ma ho visto che a parte quelle mettono una fettina di toast sopra e basta) perché a casa non ci si mette niente a farle.Prendiamo un waffle a cui chiediamo aggiunta di crema di pistacchio e caramello, €6, dei pancake choco chips con nutella e crema, €8.50 e un bagel con salmone e avocado, €7. Servizio l’ho trovato un po’ lento e poi appunto pensavo di trovare un posto con tante cose particolari ed invece alla fine un posto ok, con niente di entusiasmante
