Excellent restaurant/trattoria in Genzano. Exquisite food, friendly staff and a very pleasant environment. Suitable for eating typical Roman dishes. Well done.

Met up with a group of seven friends for dinner here recently. Genzano is a lovely old town only 40 minutes south of Roma in the Roman Hills area, near to Castel Gandolfo. This restaurant is traditional and the staff were super welcoming and friendly, everything arrived quickly too. We all ate different meals and we ALL enjoyed everything too!! I had a pasta dish with mushrooms which was truly delicious, the other friends were also very happy with their food and the evening too!! I will return when next in this lovely neck of the woods!!

Dinner in a location that takes you back in time, in a small square in Rome "de Na vorta". Tasty and genuine dishes. Courtesy and kindness from all the staff, including Sor Padrone. What can I say ANNATECE!!

Kindness, impeccable service and delicious food. The ravioli with mushrooms in pink sauce is truly a masterpiece. Highly recommended, we will definitely return. Maria Chiara

We went to this lovely place for lunch on Sunday. Everything was perfect from the welcome, to the very characteristic place, to the kindness of the two waitresses, to the authenticity of the owner and above all the food. I ate a first course pork butcher with mushrooms and sausage that was truly moving. We will return.

Trattoria dove si mangia veramente bene data la grande passione in cucina, personale gentilissimo, meglio prenotare perché ci sono pochi tavoli, forse l'ambiente dovrebbe essere un pochino più accogliente

Per chi ama la cucina locale autentica, tradizionale, senza cedimenti alle mode e alle fisime del momento, questo è decisamente l’indirizzo con la I maiuscola in tutti i castelli romani. Lumache strepitose, coregone delizioso, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, atmosfera come deve essere in un posto come Genzano. Per fortuna esistono ancora posti così

Ein kleines aber feines italienisches Restaurant. Tolle Geschmackskreationen, Glückwunsch an den Koch. Alles selbst gemacht, selbst der Amaro. Sehr nettes Ambiente. Die Kommunikation war etwas holprig, Dank der Hilfe vom Roma Fan aber erfolgreich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Una piccola realtà nel cuore di Genzano. Il menù ovviamente cambia in base delle materie prime che ci sono.. ma vi consiglio soprattutto anche i liquori fatti in casa... SN spettacolari...

Una tappa obbligata per chiunque cerchi l'autenticità delle tradizioni genzanesi e più in generale romane. Piatti casarecci e tipici, un'esplosione di gusto e di memorie per chi ha avuto la fortuna di assaggiare nel passato questa cucina. Il menù cambia ogni giorno, si rispetta la stagionalità degli alimenti. Ambiente accogliente e ristretto, si trova nel cuore di Genzano quindi preparatevi a dover spendere qualche minuto per trovare parcheggio ma vi assicuro che ne vale la pena. Il proprietario, nonché cuoco, è veramente alla mano e pronto a venire incontro ad esigenze alimentari particolari (allergie, intolleranze, dolci senza aggiunta di zucchero per diabetici). Torneremo per riscoprire altri piatti tipici! Consigliatissimo!
