It's been years since I ate so well in Rome, at honest prices, among so many improvised restaurants run by convicts, I'm lucky to find an authentic place like this.

A 3 days in Rome, it was certainly the best restaurant, the dress does not make the Monaco this is small but for sure. When you enter it seems dark and dim, but its light is all in the truly excellent dishes, such as the products used, preparation and taste Compliments

On March 18, 1965, King Farouk ate in this restaurant a dozen oysters, a quantity of shrimp, two slices of veal, and a large quantity of cakes stuffed with jam and fruit. Then he felt short of breath and died on the way to the hospital.

Slow service. A little dated environment. The food is good overall but they should pay attention to the ingredients. Arugula or salad should not be bagged. And the portions are too small

Bravi! È stato un piacere essere ospiti de la Maielletta, un luogo pieno di storia e un ristorante davvero buono. Il personale è stato attentissimo e ci ha accolto con calore e professionalità. Quando ricapiteremo a Roma, ci torneremo volentieri!

We went here for Christmas lunch. Extremely positive experience, from start to finish. Welcomed by the staff who provided parking assistance, served with competence and courtesy, delicious dishes. We'll be back.

03/04/2024: During our romantic holiday in Rome, after a long year of my husband's work, I remember two boys who, after drinking almost half a bar, calmly disappeared from the villa, without paying for their drinks. The incredulous owners tried to call the police and the President of the Republic Napolitano but it was all in vain. Greetings to those guys.
28/03/2024: The place is really very suggestive. A jewel in the heart of Rome. An ideal location for a gala reception. The ideal period is certainly spring summer so you can take advantage of the beautiful garden.
