My favorite place in Foligno 😍❤️ When you arrive at the Locanda di pumpkin you can't help but feel at home... welcomed by the wonderful Chiara who pampers you from the moment you sit down until the end. Chef Alessandro then delights you with every type of tasty and abundant dish, you will also always find something off the menu. If you are in the area you absolutely won't regret it!!!!

Trattoria inside the walls of Foligno in the center but reachable by car. On the ground floor of an ancient building, the decor is rustic with ample space outside. The cuisine is typical local with abundant and well-made dishes. The staff is friendly and professional. The service is fast

We had dinner at this place on the Saturday before Easter. An inn that makes you breathe the air of home, from the simple furnishings to the service. We sat on the outdoor veranda heated with a stove when it's colder or with raised PVC walls for when it's warmer. Particular praise for the pappardelle with wild boar ragu. Very good !! The desserts are also very good. They have a nice menu with a decent number of choices, in my opinion, given the high quality they have, they could afford to streamline. I will definitely return if I'm in the area again

Characteristic and special place Two people, we had a traditional starter of cold cuts and cheeses, excellent Two first courses, pappardelle with white wild boar ragù, the tastiest and tastiest of the two first courses, and tagliatelle with veal ragù and truffle, in my opinion, not very tasty and the truffle didn't taste at all and was a little bitter. They served us with dinner, homemade bread made by them, delicious. We took house red wine. Between the starter and the first course, we waited a bit, but on the menu it says that the wait is worth it. Total dinner, €48, service included

Small restaurant in the center of Foligno, traditional dishes, fast and friendly service, exceptional staff, very affordable prices, exceptional food, I can't tell you more than this..... you have to try it. Reservations are advisable.

La locanda è al centro di Foligno ed è in una posizione perfetta per poter visitare la città. Abbiamo pranzato perché vivamente consigliato da amici. Si arriva e Chiara la proprietaria/cameriera ci fa accomodare all'interno di un locale a volte con mattoni a vista, gradevole comunque, avrei eliminato tutte le luci appese, tante, che scendono su ogni tavolo, secondo me basta con una attenta illuminazione far risaltare le volte del locale molto belle e dare alla sala una luce diversa più accogliente. Bene insonorizzato e pulito, da notare il tovagliolo in tessuto. Il primo è stato eccellente, gnocchetti sfumati al sagrantino, dal gusto equilibrato, sapore delicato e squisito. Il secondo tagliata con contorno di carciofi. La tagliata dal buon sapore forse bisognava prestare attenzione ed eliminare qualche scarto di grasso, l'abbiamo fatto notare e Chiara ha capito e ha preso nota. Il dolce: cantuccini fatti dalla casa con passito di sagrantino, pregevole. Il rapporto qualità / costo molto buono. Segnalo che vicino al ns. tavolo pranzava Dodi dei POOH, il gruppo mus. che ha accompagnato la ns. vita Ci ritorno volentieri.
