I returned to this restaurant for the second time after a few months and I must say that this time too everything was perfect and the dishes even more delicious, literally lickable off the plate. I can't wait to be able to eat these typically Southern delicacies again. I love this place.. highly recommended!!!

Lunch before the Vatican Museums. The interior is stylish and attentive, and the staff are kind and gentlemanly. He greeted me and made me feel at ease by speaking Japanese. The dishes were sophisticated, perfect in presentation and taste. RUMMO's dry noodles were al dente and the carbonara sauce was exquisite. However, it took too long to deliver. After finishing the fried zucchini, the pasta didn't arrive. Our food was finally brought to us after the people who had entered the restaurant a little before us had finished their primos, their plates were lowered, and we were asked if we wanted coffee. They politely apologized for the eggplant pasta taking so long, but they prioritized serving other dishes at the same time, so in the end, the two dishes came at the same time. Since I'm Japanese, they understood that we should share our meals and changed the serving plates, so I wish they had just served the carbonara first. We had made reservations for the museum, and we finished the delicious food in a short amount of time, regretting that we had to inform them in advance that we didn't have much time. Another thing that bothered me was that although we entered the store after 12:00, the staff had started to prepare meals at that time, so the delivery of food to customers was delayed. Everyone finished eating in less than 10 minutes, and I think they really care about the staff, but I wonder if it would be better to feed them before the store opens or after the peak time. I think. However, if I visited with plenty of time, I don't think it would have bothered me at all. This is a highly recommended shop as it is friendly to Japanese people and stylish!

Good food and in a very good spot next to the Vatican museum

We stayed for two days and it was pretty good.

Raffinata cucina e piatti bilanciati nella varietà dei sapori. Primi molto buoni, carciofi presentati in modo fantasioso e piacevole. Secondi molto curati e originali. Personale simpaticamente professionale e cucina guidata da uno Chef quotato nel nome e nella pratica.

Locale piccolo ma accogliente, personale molto gentile e premuroso. Hamburger buono, patatine eccezionali. Carbonara molto buona, peccato la pasta un po' scotta.

Ci siamo trovati bene, tuttavia alcuni piatti non ci hanno soddisfatto del tutto. Bastoncini di zucchine spettacolari e abbondanti. Servizio non del tutto presente. La pinsa che vedevamo passare aveva un bell'aspetto. Comunque consigliato.

Felice di esserci andata. Davvero una bella scoperta tra prodotti di qualità sapientemente preparati. Un’ottima cena e personale gentile e competente. Al prezzo giusto! What else? Ci torneremo di sicuro
