Real cuisine, lots of substance, little room for frivolity. Orecchiette in all ways. An unfolding of appetizers to kill Pantagruel. Vito and his wife were splendid in extricating themselves while the shouting and then the mess grew enormously in the place. But for the food and Q/P ratio: TOP !!!!!!!!

Located in a private, very welcoming environment, with attention to the smallest details, "La locanda del Ristoro" takes place ... always scrupulous and attentive to customer satisfaction. Ask and it will be given to you! Fresh products, how delicious!

The rooms are a bit spartan, the food is quite good, but watch out for fats, those who suffer from high cholesterol and triglycerides should be careful. The sauces, the meat, the sausages and the cheeses... watch out

Ci stiamo imbattuti in questo ristorante dopo aver letto le recensioni positive. Non possiamo che confermarle pienamente: ottimi sia gli antipasti, primi e arrosto di carne; piatti abbondanti e prezzi più che giusti per la qualità e servizio offerti. Proprietario gentilissimo. Consiglio vivamente.

04/11/2023: I traveled to Puglia with Classic Journeys in September of this year. One of our stops was to have lunch at Masseria Salamina, as well as to visit the nearby cacti & succulent gardens, which were AMAZING!. Lunch at the Masseria was delicious and the service was superb. The food and wine kept coming. First was the antipasti followed by the most incredible eggplant parmesan I've ever had. There was pasta as well. I think there was a fish dish, but after the eggplant and pasta, I was stuffed. The setting was gorgeous. We dined in an open-air gazebo surrounded by vegetable and herb gardens - - everything was fresh! "Farm-to-table" was literally "farm-to-table." Our servers were super. There was a young lady with long brown hair who was fantastic! A beautiful afternoon spent in Puglia.

10/05/2024: I tried the "eat as much as you want" formula at €18 per person. Everything impeccable, excellent sandwiches and super honest drink prices. See you next time 😍
09/05/2024: We went here for the all you can eat... super friendly staff, super good burgers and starters! I also want to add that the drinks are super fair priced so they aren't trying to rip you off! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Puglia
