We arrived at our accommodation nearby at 10 p.m. and wanted to eat something. The staff was super nice and offered us pizza and appetizers. The quality of the food was very good and it was really reasonably priced. A great first evening in Palermo. Can really recommend the trattoria.

Very nice trattoria, particularly busy on weekends. English is understood, but knowledge of Italian is definitely a big help. The restaurant is almost exclusively visited by locals, as a tourist I was alone here - The food itself is very good, traditional Sicilian cuisine with very reasonable prices. Recommended!

You want to eat fine pizzas or pasta in a traditional place ? Leave the historic center and its tourist menus behind and enter La grotta ! Accept the tv playing loud and enjoy. This trattoria and its service made me happy. You'd better speak a few words italian :-)
